Working platforms – safe, anti-vertigo, stable.

Those who find themselves performing work at heights over extended periods of time should be able to feel safe. Working platforms are therefore a good choice when a machine needs to be operated, maintained and inspected. In comparison to steps, the platform is longer and, above all, wider as well. And when you're not at a vertigo-inducing height, then a wide working surface is always an advantage: employees can stand comfortably with both feet firmly on the platform floor. This is particularly important when work is also being done with heavy and bulky items. Our working platforms come with different floor coverings to ensure a really firm footing in every environment.

Which floor is the right one?

The type of surroundings also plays an important role when choosing a floor for a working platform. When painting or working on machines, fluids like paint or oil can increase the danger of slipping. We therefore recommend that you choose the floor covering for your working platform carefully. We are showing you the advantages of the respective versions in the following.

  • Phenolic: phenolic plywood is particularly robust and can be used for a wide range of purposes in warehouses and production.

  • Tyre rubber: anti-slip properties are guaranteed with tyre rubber. You'll always have a secure footing on this material, even when you make fast movements.

  • Grate: fluids can drain off and won't accumulate on the surface. This reduces the danger of slipping.

  • Ribbed aluminium: the textured pattern on the surface provides an anti-slip function. An aluminium working platform is also easy to transport due to its low weight.

Which versions are available?

Because we want to do justice to ergonomic demands, we ensure we can offer you models of our EUROKRAFT working platforms that are height adjustable. Differences in size between your employees are therefore easy to compensate. QUIPO working platforms also give you the option of combining platform modules individually. Along with modules with a stairway, there are platform extensions and corner modules. This allows you to react to different working situations and different types of rooms quickly. The modular version is particularly well suited for painting work and as an installation platform, because it offers a particularly high level of stability. All working platforms are available in different fixed heights or height adjustment ranges, widths and lengths, for which you can set filters here.

Tip: before you deciding on which access equipment products you'd like, make a close comparison. Working on a platform is always safer than on a ladder. Scaffolding is also well suited for working at great heights.
