Gas cylinder trolley with tension belt
The gas cylinder trolley with tension belt enables the ergonomic lifting, moving and setting down of heavy gas cylinders. Thanks to the height adjustable lifting mast and practical lifting winch, the gas cylinder trolley significantly reduces the physical effort required for regularly recurring transport tasks.
The lifting mast is height adjustable using the lifting winch and can be adapted to different cylinder diameters from 100 to 320 mm. Gas cylinders can be picked up directly from the floor without having to be lifted manually. The tension belt holds the cylinder securely on the transport device during lifting and transport. This supports controlled handling and makes relocating individual cylinders easier.
Thanks to the variable lifting height, gas cylinders can also be picked up and set down effortlessly on raised surfaces, such as pallets. This eliminates the strenuous lifting to different working heights. The gas cylinder trolley is particularly suitable for work areas in which gas cylinders are frequently moved and made ready for use.
A support foot with a swivel castor and two large rubber wheels with a 300 mm diameter ensure effortless transport. The wheels provide good guidance and support safe movement even with heavy cylinder weights. The pneumatic tyres are particularly suitable for use on uneven ground and also make it easier to negotiate steps and kerbs.
The gas cylinder trolley is fully pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. It offers an ergonomic and safe solution for handling gas cylinders with a maximum weight of 150 kg, especially for frequent repetitions and longer transport distances.
