Gas cylinder trolley with automatic clamps
The gas cylinder trolley with automatic clamps enables the ergonomic lifting, moving and setting down of heavy gas cylinders. The patented lifting system significantly reduces physical effort and supports a safe workflow during frequent, repetitive transport operations.
The gas cylinder trolley is made of painted sheet steel and is designed for one cylinder with a diameter of 200 to 300 mm. The lifting mast can be height-adjusted using the lifting winch and adapted to different cylinder sizes. This allows gas cylinders to be picked up directly from the ground. Lifting by hand is not required.
When lifting, the clamping jaws tighten automatically and secure the cylinder reliably. When lowering, they release again. The adjustable jaw spacing allows precise adaptation to the respective cylinder diameter. Picking up and setting down on higher levels, such as on pallets, is also made easier. The lifting height additionally supports back-friendly working during daily cylinder handling.
For effortless transport, the transport device features a support foot with a swivel castor as well as two large rubber wheels with a 300 mm diameter. The design provides good guidance and safe control over the gas cylinder.
The gas cylinder trolley is fully pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. It is suitable as an ergonomic and safe solution for the regular handling of gas cylinders up to a maximum weight of 150 kg.
