AKKU-safe – safety storage and transport container made of aluminium, stackable, with fire-resistant padding/absorbent material.

High-quality special container made of aluminium for the safe storage and the compliant transport of lithium-ion batteries.
– Suitable for the transport of prototypes, new/intact batteries (UN 38.3), damaged, defective or critically defective batteries (according to ADR SV 376 and packaging instruction P911) as well as batteries for disposal and recycling.
– Suitable for the safe storage of batteries, defective batteries, intermediate storage of batteries for disposal and recycling, quarantine box for damaged batteries.

Fire test according to P911 successfully passed:
Maximum external temperature below 100 °C, no escape of flames and splinters in the event of an incident.

Lightweight and compact aluminium container.
Lid with stainless steel hinge strap and foamed lid seal.
ZARGES Comfort handles for ergonomic handling and durable fasteners (min. 20,000 operating cycles).

Padding and absorbent material made of textured fibreglass, non-flammable, non-electrically conductive and dust-free.
A key advantage of the cushions is their pressure elasticity. Sewn from one piece, they allow, in contrast, for example, to granulates, a simple and error-free application.

Maximum gross mass dangerous goods approval: 65 kg.
