Design a whiteboard that perfectly matches your workflows. For example, use it as a production and planning board, KPI or daily management board, safety board or warehouse plan. Tables, calendars, lettering, graphics and company logos can also be implemented according to your specifications.
The full-colour print is located beneath a sealed, UV-resistant and scratch-resistant surface. The board surface is magnetic, writable and dry-wipeable. The board consists of a moulded chipboard core with a matt silver anodised aluminium frame and rounded plastic corners. A storage tray and mirror hanging brackets are included in the scope of delivery. Wall mounting is possible in portrait or landscape format. Custom dimensions are available on request, accurate to the centimetre.
How to submit your template:
1. Specify dimensions
State all dimensions in mm. Clearly indicate whether these are the external dimensions of the board or the printable area inside the frame. Also specify the desired orientation in portrait or landscape format. Keep important content at a sufficient distance from the edge.
2. Define layout
For tables, specify the number of fields, columns and rows. Also indicate their widths, heights or spacings in mm. Mark header rows, fixed labels and special fields.
3. Plan magnetic windows
For magnetic windows, state the paper format A3, A4 or A5, as well as orientation, quantity and position. Due to the circumferential magnetic strip, the window is larger than the actual paper format. Therefore, if possible, also state the gross dimension or the window product used.
4. Provide logos, texts and colours
Where possible, send logos as a vector file in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG format. Specify the desired size and position. Supply all texts complete and spell-checked. For a design according to your corporate design specifications, please also send the corresponding colour values and, if applicable, the required font files.
5. Submit documents
A print template as a PDF or EPS is ideal. A dimensioned sketch or Excel file is also possible. You do not need a print-ready file. It is important that all necessary details are complete. Our DTP department can create the print template for you for an additional charge.
6. Approve proof
You will receive a proof before production. Check dimensions, arrangement, texts, colours and logos carefully. Then approve the design for manufacturing.
Note: The printed whiteboard is manufactured individually according to your specifications. As an order-related custom made model, it is excluded from the right of return.

All we need is your print template containing your specifications, preferably as a PDF or EPS file. We are also happy to help you to create the template. We will also create the print template based on your sketch and your specifications, subject to extra cost.
