The modular overhead conveyor Quickmove enables the decoupled transport of goods across different levels and offers a nearly freely definable route design in 3D space. This creates a powerful material flow that can be individually adapted to spatial structures and operational processes. This model is an overhead conveyor straight segment. Complementary curve segments are available to implement individual route layouts.

The conveyor system impresses with a modular design that can be quickly adapted to new structures. Routes can run horizontally, vertically, diagonally or curved, mapping almost any spatial requirement. Thanks to the possibility of combining it with existing conveyor technology, the system grows with increasing demands. Multiple trains move independently of each other, creating an efficient, low-noise material flow. In addition, the overhead conveyor allows the installation of switches to integrate branch lines and flexible storage locations. Loading and unloading stations as well as the route length are almost unlimited, meaning even complex layouts remain realisable. At the same time, paths remain clear as the conveyor technology bypasses obstacles.

For construction, profiles with a maximum free span of 3.5 m are used. Beyond this length, a support or additional reinforcement is required. The profiles are made of aluminium T6060 and are securely connected to each other via butt and longitudinal connector sets. Complementary curve segments are available: an arc with a 200 mm run-out on each side, consisting of two pre-assembled half-shells.

The conveyor system with 3D routing is suitable for companies with limited space, changing production processes or high demands on reliable transport across different levels. The Quickmove overhead conveyor resolves bottlenecks, shortens routes and increases efficiency in areas where traditional floor transport reaches its limits.
