The Layher rung stepladder combines robustness and durability with low weight. The rungs are made of high-strength, closed extruded profiles without a longitudinal weld seam and are designed for heavy-duty use.
The rungs are quadruple-crimped into the rail. Their triangular shape ensures twist resistance, whilst the crimping supports high lateral stability of the ladder. The heavily textured tread surface of the rungs offers a high degree of slip resistance. Plastic-coated steel hinges and tear-resistant polyester webbing straps as splay protection complete the construction. COMBIGRIP ladder feet with a special contact surface ensure an anti-slip footing.
Additional stiffeners at the rail end increase the stability of the construction and ensure that the values of DIN EN 131 are exceeded. The combination of low weight, high-strength rungs, quadruple crimping, splay protection, and anti-slip ladder feet makes the stepladder a functional solution for various tasks in trades, industry, and warehousing.
