The ultrasonic cleaning devices offer a highly effective and at the same time gentle solution for the thorough cleaning of a wide variety of components, tools and small parts. Through the combination of an immersion bath, powerful ultrasonic waves and a pneumatic platform that automatically moves the items to be cleaned up and down, even hard-to-reach areas are reliably cleaned. In conjunction with the specially formulated IBS cleaners – the IBS special cleaner WAS 10.500 for oil and grease contamination and the WAS 20.100 for coking, combustion residues and pigments – a particularly effective cleaning process is created that can be individually adapted to the degree of soiling. The devices are made of robust stainless steel and offer a high level of user comfort and maximum operational safety thanks to features such as an oil skimmer, height-adjustable feet, a compressed air blow-off gun, a low-water cut-off and a thermostat-controlled heating function. Available in four practice-oriented versions with 270 l, 390 l, 530 l or 690 l bath capacity, they are ideal for workshops, industrial plants, maintenance and service areas that rely on efficient and reliable cleaning technology.
