The professional Ultra-Sonic 183L – 28 / Skim ultrasonic cleaning device was developed for the highest demands in industry, maintenance, workshops and manufacturing, and impresses with its maximum cleaning performance, high efficiency and a robust, durable construction. With a generous capacity of 180 litres, the system is ideally suited for the thorough cleaning of large and heavy components as well as for the serial cleaning of complex workpieces.
The powerful 28 kHz ultrasonic frequency ensures a deep-acting, material-friendly cleaning and reliably removes stubborn residues such as dried-on oils, greases, paints, varnishes or grate. Even the finest drill holes, undercuts, pores and complex geometries are reached effectively, which makes the device an optimal solution for precise component cleaning.
A key performance feature is the integrated HubRT system, which automatically lifts and lowers the removable workpiece carrier (up to 80 kg), thus enabling significantly improved deep cleaning. The uniform lifting process ensures shorter cleaning times, increases process reliability and significantly improves the ergonomics during loading and unloading. An integrated oil separation in the auxiliary tank keeps the cleaning medium clean for longer and increases the service life of the bath solution, while separate drain valves for the main and auxiliary tank enable convenient maintenance.
For quiet and energy-efficient operation, the device is equipped with 50 mm sound and heat insulation, which both reduces noise and minimises heat loss. The intuitive touchscreen operation allows for precise control of all relevant cleaning parameters and ensures a safe, reproducible process flow. Furthermore, the device is fully compatible with all Ultra Sonic Clean Line cleaners from Bio-Circle, whereby a wide range of cleaning tasks is reliably covered.
