The BIO-CIRCLE TURBO stainless steel system combines manual and automatic parts cleaning in a compact 2-in-1 device – ideal for workshops, manufacturing plants and industrial applications. With an integrated flow-through brush, hard-to-reach areas can be specifically cleaned manually, while the automatic unit, with 4 bar cleaning pressure, ensures powerful and consistent results.
The cleaning is particularly sustainable: microorganisms in the cleaner biologically break down oils, and a continuous oxygen supply via compressor or pump significantly extends the service life. This saves costs and reduces maintenance effort.
The device is made entirely of stainless steel and offers numerous functions for safe and efficient operation: A vision panel with integrated gauntlet gloves, LED interior lighting, automatic basket drive, stainless steel filter and tank cover ensure comfort and durability. Safety features such as dry-run protection and a safety switch when the lid is open further increase operational safety.
The stainless steel basket carries up to 350 kg, optionally even up to 1000 kg – ideal for heavy components. Automatic cleaning is performed via a timer, rotating basket and adjustable temperature between 40 and 55 °C. An integrated compressed air gun enables quick drying after the washing process.
Included in the set is the powerful cleaner BIO-CIRCLE L EVO, which was specially developed for parts cleaning devices. It reliably removes medium to heavy soiling, is label-free, VOC-free and suitable for many materials. The contained microorganisms ensure a long service life and environmentally friendly cleaning.
