Floor made of welded steel framework painted in RAL 7016 charcoal, with integrated forklift pockets, 50 mm mineral wool insulation inserted in floor panels. Wood based panel 22 mm with surface covering made of needle felt, charcoal.
2 sided full glass wall with a door with 8 mm soundproof laminated VSG glass from floor to ceiling. 2 sided solid wall consisting of sandwich elements with 60 mm rock wool insulation, cover panels on the inside made of zinc plated sheet steel coated in RAL colour 9010 pure white, smooth texture, cover panels on the outside in RAL colour 9006 white aluminium, finely lined texture, with RAL 9006 profile edging.
Roof made of sandwich panel with 80 mm rock wool insulation, tongue and groove system, cover panels on the inside made of zinc plated sheet steel coated in RAL colour 9010 pure white, smooth texture, cover panels on the outside in RAL colour 9006 white aluminium, finely lined texture, roof panel in RAL 7016 charcoal, modular design, roof surface can be walked on with a man load of 100 kg.

Equipped with enhanced sound insulation package:
– Soundproof VSG glazing 8 mm
– Schall-Ex bottom door seal
– Special sound insulation seals for wall and ceiling elements
– Rock wool insulation with high specific inherent weight (110 kg/m³) for wall and ceiling elements
– Full surface sound absorber in the ceiling area

Electrical installation in accordance with VDE0100, mains voltage 230 V / 50 Hz. Sub-distribution unit in panelling box for 4 division units with RCD switch, 1 safety socket, with all round, indirect LED lighting in the ceiling area, can be activated by motion detector.
Ventilation using maintenance free natural room ventilation by means of guided and sound absorbing labyrinth construction in the roof.
