The 2-layer ratioform bubble wrap is a versatile solution for cushioning, protecting and filling during dispatch, transport and storage. The small air bubbles cushion shocks and vibrations and protect sensitive surfaces from scratches. At the same time, the film keeps dust and moisture away from the packaged goods.
Due to its flexible nature, the bubble wrap adapts well to different product shapes. It is particularly suitable for light and medium-weight goods such as spare parts, electrical appliances, glass and ceramic products, tools or other shock-sensitive products. The film can also be used to fill voids in the box and provide additional immobilisation of the goods.
The 2-layer LDPE film with a material thickness of 50 µm features standard bubbles with a 10 mm diameter and 4 mm height. Different roll widths enable the right selection for different packages and applications. The film is recyclable.
