The robust steel crash protection barrier offers effective safety in working environments where vehicles, transport equipment and machines manoeuvre in confined spaces. The particularly durable construction ensures stability even under high loads.
The barrier rail is made of high-quality grade steel and is evenly bent, without welded seams. This continuous design avoids weak points and increases its resilience. Energy-absorbing PU spring elements form the connection to the base. They are UV-resistant, permanently elastic and protect the ground even during repeated impacts. The spring-loaded design allows for inclinations of up to 10° and prevents dowels from being torn out. This keeps the floor permanently intact, minimises damage to vehicles and reduces repair costs.
The signal colour traffic yellow RAL 1023 with warning stripes in jet black RAL 9005 ensures clear visibility and supports safe traffic management on-site.
The barrier rail is ideal for storage areas, production areas and traffic routes where effective protection against collisions is required.
