Product description
The order picking trolley with infinitely adjustable spring force is a reliable partner for ergonomic and efficient order picking. Made of anodised aluminium, the trolley with a spring base offers maximum stability and durability. Depending on the weight and volume of the goods, the spring force can be adjusted with a single movement during the order picking tour. Choose between the model with the practical Quick Grip handle or the model without a handle for maximum flexibility.

The spring force makes a constant loading and unloading height possible, ensuring you can always rely on an ergonomic working height. The weight of the load continuously lowers the floor, and the floor rises again when the load is removed from the trolley. The spring force can be adjusted effortlessly and without interrupting the work process – simply lift and move the handle. With its adjustment range of approx. 25 – 70 kg, this order picking trolley offers users the flexibility to customise the loading height to different loads and products. Its versatility makes it ideal for use in a range of sectors, whether in e-commerce, industry, retail or service companies. The closed base also makes it perfect for use with pallet trucks or forklift trucks, with the casing firmly riveted to ensure maximum safety.

The walls and aluminium profiles are form fitting, as they are connected by clinching, making them very stable. Smooth side panels reduce the friction of the load, while the solid rubber tyres enable non-marking motion. The all round, hardwearing PVC bumper on the upper edge of the trolley provides additional protection for your load and protects the trolley from impacts. Model with Smart Grip: handle for self-assembly, including fastening material.
