Coat racks & rails: Clothes haven and welcome greeting

A place for coats, hats and umbrellas, but also for workwear: cloakrooms are an indispensable part of a well thought-out company facility. Also, they are a welcome greeting to visitors and business partners. Ultimately, they show that you are concerned with every detail for a successful stay.

Which coat rack do I choose?

Our range of coat racks is as varied as the different needs that are placed on the safekeeping of property in the company.

  • Classic coat stands are a space-saving choice that also looks good and can be set up flexibly. They are suitable for waiting areas, offices with customer traffic or meeting rooms.

  • Wall mounted coat racks with coat hangers and hat racks do not take away any storage space and always look tidy. They are suitable for office cloakroom corners which serve as a fixed place for jackets and coats.

  • Coat rails and wall mounted coat racks with hooks show their strengths in the social room furnishings and in changing rooms for employees. Each employee receives his or her own hook, best positioned sensibly above the cloakroom bench. Double versions, for example, ensure the correct storage of safety helmets and work jackets.

  • Mobile coat stands and coat rails are indispensable components of seminars, congresses and large events. Here it is ideal if you appoint a responsible employee for the wardrobe and use a ticket system.

  • With a cleanroom wardrobe you can meet the high requirements in this sensitive work area.

At what height should coat racks be mounted?

Even if there are different body sizes, you should never mount a coat rack too low on the wall. This ensures that even longer garments hang crease-free. Essentially, heights between 1.80 and 1.90 metres are an ideal compromise.

How should which clothes be hung up?

It doesn't matter whether you want to hang up fine coats or intensively used work clothes: all textiles need space for ventilation and drying. Therefore you should ensure the wardrobe is not too small. Coats and jackets need a hanger, otherwise, fabrics can lose shape. Robust work clothing should hang on a hook without two pieces of clothing overlapping.

We can also assist you with other indispensable details such as lockers. Take a look at our assortment or contact us.
