The AERO-WINDOW vacuum lifter stands for maximum precision and safety when handling smooth loads such as glass and windows.

Excellent suction properties and an increased friction coefficient in a vertical position thanks to special AERO-LIFT glass suction pads with low inherent volume and special structuring. Centre of gravity compensation for different load weights via a 3-hole suspension eye. All suction pads can be switched on or off in seconds using manual slide valves and/or quick-release couplings. Fast and tool-free conversion is guaranteed due to plug connections, which allow for a configuration with fewer or more suction pads. Furthermore, two of the four crossbeams can be removed and adapted to different load sizes.

Maximum compactness and optimised inherent weight of the device thanks to the vacuum reservoir integrated into the frame. Rotation of the workpiece in a vertical direction by ±90° as well as fixation every 90° by means of a Bowden cable. No downtime or standstill periods thanks to an integrated motor protection switch, which protects the vacuum generator from winding damage. Simple and fast maintenance: The intelligent suction pad concept enables the tool-free replacement of worn suction seals within seconds.

The AERO-WINDOW vacuum lifter is suitable for glass processors, window manufacturers and assembly companies, for precise, safe and time-saving handling of glass panes and windows.
