IML (In-Mold Labeling) technology

In the IML process, a multi-layer film is sprayed with plastic in the production process. During this spraying process, the label is surrounded by the melted plastic and thereby fixed on the outer wall of the moulded shape. The IML label partially melts and thereby ensures that it adheres to the plastic. This makes the films an integral part of the waste collector. The films have been specially developed for the buckets and contain a genuine aluminium coating.
