uvex 2 safety shoes – pushing the limits
An expert in all disciplines. The innovative uvex 2 safety shoe series in protection classes S3 and S1 P can master any challenge with ease: optimal cushioning, ergonomic fit, low weight and ideal climate properties ensure maximum performance during everyday work activities, and redefine the limits for safety shoes.
General features
– Lightweight and flexible S3 safety lace-up shoe
– No silicones, plasticisers and other wetting agents that damage paintwork contained in any of the sole materials
– The upper that covers the toe cap lasts even longer due to foamed polyurethane overcap
– Individually adjustable, elastic lace with quick-action catch, standard lace included
– uvex medicare: for orthopaedic devices and insoles in accordance with DGUV 112-191 / ÖNORM Z1259
– Not suitable for work on systems or equipment that are energised
– Colour: black, orange
Protective features
– Protection class S3 in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011 with additional label certifying very good slip resistance (SRC)
– Meets the specifications for ESD with a discharge resistance of less than 35 megohms
– uvex xenova® toe cap contains absolutely no metal – compact, anatomically shaped, with good lateral stability and thermally non-conductive
– Puncture-resistant uvex xenova® midsole that contains no metal – the flexibility of the shoe is not impaired
– Ergonomically designed outsole made of dual density polyurethane with large, self cleaning tread and very good anti-slip properties
– Safe stance even on ladders due to the stabilising ankle area
– Reflective elements on upper and lacing

– Exceptionally high level of comfort due to a newly developed trim and actively breathing materials to optimise the climate (uvex climazone)
– To avoid pressure points, almost seamless design of the upper, which is made of particularly soft cowhide leather
– Replaceable, antistatic comfort insole with moisture transport system and additional heel and forefoot cushioning
– Soft padded dust tongue and collar
