We consider the how you may use our products when we add them to our catalogue. Is it used once a week, once a day or throughout the day. With this in mind we look at the strength of the product, ensuring that all all possible weaknesses are reinforced correctly. This leads to long term durability.
With over 50,000 products it could be hard to keep up with our best quality items. Throughout the year our hard-working purchasing team collect together all quality complaints and product reviews. They use these reports to work with our suppliers and factories to see how a product can be improved. If the number of quality reports are low we may even suggest a longer guarantee – we extended our EUROKRAFT guarantee from 5 years to 10 years based on positive feedback from customers and the low number of customer call outs.
We cannot deny the it – sometimes even the highest quality items can have a fault and need a repair.

We aim to repair rather than replace where possible,this ensures our customers keep to sustainability objectives. Where we cannot repair we will replace with the same, or updated version of the product. This will save you the costs and time of replacing the item yourself.
